Our Story

I'm Robert Lavey, and I co-founded this app with my brother Richard Lavey in 2024 to make life easier for real estate agents like myself. As a real estate agent, I was frustrated with the hassle of spreadsheets and other financial tracking apps that weren’t tailored to my needs. They were clunky, overly complicated, and just didn’t fit my workflow. Worst of all, I was paying a premium for features I didn't use or need. I just needed something simple, something that would help me track my income and expenses without all the unnecessary extras.

Around the same time, Richie was working toward his second bachelor’s degree in IT. I asked him if he could bring this idea I had in my head to life, an app that was exactly what I needed. He agreed, and we began building the app in early 2024, initially just for my personal use. A few months in, after refining it with only the features I needed and leaving out all the extras that made other apps frustrating, we realized we were onto something special.

We decided to pivot, and rather than keeping it just for me, we wanted to share it with the entire real estate community. While we’re still evolving, we’re deeply committed to listening to feedback and making this app a valuable tool for real estate agents everywhere. Our mission is simple: to keep improving and, with your help, make life easier for agents across the industry.
